The board had met at Wherle Family Restruant at 12pm then the members show up at 2pm to vote the new business.
Treasurer Report: The balance is $1,630.71 that was earned part from the Pumpkin Bash we held last in October with Dory Hill's farm in the year of 2005-2006.
Pay Pal to be set up for WNYRID account toward to Masq. Ball or any other events for the outside people who can order tickets online. Sarah Smith will help Amy Julius how to work this out.
President: D-link shall be purchase by WNYRID for the offier who do not have D-link in order to stay communication open among the offiers. This will be moved into New Business.
RID Regional One is demanding the offiers to pay the membership to become RID. Move to New business.
Fundraising for scholarship $150-200. This scholarship will only be given to the members of WNYRID toward to their 50% of written test fee and 50% of expressive fees. There is a timeline for the membership to recieve the scholarship. The member must be a member standing for a year.
Vice President: Masq. Ball will be held on April 8th at 5-11pm. Tickets will be $35.00 per single.
Secretary: No report
RID Program Committee: Denise Sansonese is working on the program book for the RID Regional One.

New Business:
- Cindy Gimbrone-Neuroth move that D-link shall be purchased by WNYRID to allow an offier to use the D-link to communicate among with the offiers if unable to attend to a meeting.
The board has agreed that we would give Cindy Gimbrone-Neuroth the money to purchase the D-link.
- I would like to propose a motion that, in recognition of the work they do for the Chapter, the fee for Chapter membership dues be waived for the Officers of WNYRID. I move that the Chapter cover the dues retroactively, effective the date they took office, and that this be made an ongoing policy. Thank you for your consideration.
